The workout includes aerobic and strength work, mobility and stretching components in a warm friendly atmosphere.

Benefits

Fun and Fitness exercise improves cardiovascular fitness, muscle tone, strength and condition, flexibility, endurance, stamina, general coordination, and mobility. Exercise increases energy and the ability to cope with stress and may help with weight control and weight loss as well as providing feelings of general well-being.

Who can participate in the fun?

Fun and Fitness is generally suitable for all levels of fitness and ability, from beginners to advanced. It is a non-competitive informal environment which can be adapted to suit the needs and requirements of each individual, whether for keeping fit or as part of a weight loss or maintenance programme, or even for sports-specific training.
